How much space do I need?
We designed our Holy Cow Box to fit comfortably in a standard refrigerator/ freezer! All told, it’s about 2 cubic feet of beef.

Quarter Beef
The Quarter Beef includes a few more types of cuts than an Eighth. It’s a great value that gives you all the beef standards like steaks, roasts and our great burger but also gives you some of the best kept secret cuts like flank steaks, brisket and short ribs.

How much space do I need?
Will take up about half of a small chest freezer or 25% of an upright freezer.

- Each cut is individually wrapped.
- Includes typically 4-6 New York steaks, 4-6 Rib steaks, 4-6 Tenderloin/Filets Mignon, 4-6 Sirloin steaks, 4-6 Sirloin Tip steaks, 2 Chuck roasts, 2-4 of Arm, Top or Bottom Round, or Eye of Round roasts, 1 half Brisket, 1 half Flank steak, 1 Skirt steak, 2-3 cube steaks, Stew meat, and 1 lb. packages of Ground Beef. Please note that the packages may vary slightly, as the butcher does everything they can to maximize the value for you, but if they aren’t able to maximize we add more of another cut to make up for it.

We don’t offer customization on our quarter orders, but we have a lot of customers who buy a half beef and split it with friends or family. That way you can customize your cuts but only get a quarter beef!

The best way to stock up is to get the whole thing: our whole beef. We have customers who stock up every year, or they find friends and family to split it with. It’s our lowest price per pound. It’s all custom: you can use one cut sheet for the entire order, or use two and get the greatest variety of cuts!
